DOMAINE DES CLAIRS CHENES

Discover a unique domain… the Domaine des Clairs Chênes, at the gates of the National Forest Park and at the heart of a 170-hectare farm, converted to organic farming five years ago.

Two hectares were converted into truffle fields in 2011. A thousand trees were planted: oaks, cedars, birches, black pines, lime trees, hornbeams, hazel trees as well as so-called "companion" species: their presence in truffle fields promotes the production of host trees neighbors.

Come and "cave" ... that is to say "look for the truffles": extract them from the ground with a tool, after our dog ORKA has detected them by smell.
